Alright guys and dolls this is a MUST have book! It contains a lot of information that is not only useful but fun and interesting as well.

Personally, I have seen this type of book on the shelves in stores, glanced through them and well put them back. Not reading one cover to cover as I considered it more for entertaining the mind and not all that useful. Boy howdy was this reader wrong!

I was pleasantly surprised at how it was written. Flowing from information that was interesting and useful, especially for my personal sign to the fun and interesting facts that are through out the books pages.

Easy to read and understand for any reader at any level. Particularly the year ahead view for each and every sign. Very interesting with a few little tidbits in it here and there.

This is a book that you could actually take with you if you had a vacation booked and be entertained while on the flight there!

The facts and trivia that is within the book was great. Some I had not ever read about before. My favorite was about the dog. Such a touching story that you will want to pick this book up to read about him!

Here is the official release on the book:

This new edition of the venerable publication The Witches’ Almanacpays tribute to the animal kingdom—some home companions, some wildones, some creatures of fantasy. The book features a throng of animals,great and small, in stories such as:

* The buzz from beekeepers celebrates honey
* White alligators haunt Florida swamps
* A dog becomes a Japanese icon
* The Irish kidnap a wild goat for the Puck Fair
* Flea, Frog, and Grasshopper have a jumping contest

This year’s Almanac also includes:
* The Man in Black, the Devil’s own?
* Mayan calendar prophecy
* A Minnesota mom who comforts her son with Norse gods
* Garlic recipes to ward off blandness
* Horoscopes, moon cycles, and monthly weather forecasts

Insightful, entertaining, and filled with stunning graphics, this is the almanac on which thousands of readers rely every year.
